The BC Forest Sector Workforce Initiative is a coalition of forest industry leaders in recruitment and training. This includes leaders from the forestry & logging, silviculture and wood and pulp & paper manufacturing sectors as well as representatives from the education and training organizations who share BC's labour challenges and/or are part of the solution.
